Have you noticed how much more waste you’re bringing in and taking out of your kitchen? It began with that observation; good timing; no capital; a crowd and the intention of finding the best solution - for people - in the foreground. This is my story of the development of the Hemp Foodbag. From a practical perspective, I’ll share how the idea stemmed from noticing an everyday inconvenience. We’ll talk about the search for and development of the Foodbag, and why I became convinced that the most suitable material for this solution is one hundred per cent Hemp textile. Finally, your input is welcomed as we discuss how this small sustainable solution can reduce disposable and food waste for every person on the planet who eats.
